What was your inspiration for this bag?
Growing up in the early 1990's, my mom used to carry a Coach purse with her everyday. She had it for years, and took a lot of care to make sure it would last even longer. It was a very simple, but beautifully made bag that because of it's minimalism and classic style, seemed to go with just about everything she wore. The bag that I designed, although different in appearance, is inspired by my mom's purse. It has a purity and simplicity in it's form and made of the highest quality so that it can be worn for many years to become a wardrobe and life staple. The custom brass component was to add an elegant detail that was designed to be both decorative and functional.
